When you enquire about an Adore Care Home, you will first speak to one of our dedicated members of the team at the home. They will listen to the kind of care you are looking for and answer any questions you have about the process ahead of you.
You will be invited to come and take a look around the home, have a face-to-face chat and meet the team. Pictures are great but you only get the true feeling of our homes by visiting and seeing the communities we have built. You will always be welcome to a slice of homemade cake and a cuppa, or perhaps sample a meal from our delicious menus.
Once you are happy that our home is the right choice for you, we will arrange an assessment, where a senior member of the team will take the time to learn all about you as a person, your needs, your likes, your dislikes, your past and how you want us to enable you to live your life to the fullest going forward. From this we will create a personalised care plan, that will allow our staff to care for you in a way that you feel comfortable with.
All that’s left now is to pick you room and the date you would like to move in. We actively encourage you to bring ornaments and pictures with you to truly make your space your own. From that moment on, you’ll be in control of the care you receive, with regular residents and relative’s meetings, as well as an open-door policy with our friendly and dedicated management team. This will be care you’ll Adore!
This is a very important aspect and we will seek to learn as much about you as we can. This will continue once you move into one of our care homes.
We will arrange for you to visit our care home, a chance to get to know us, our team, and other residents, and take your pick from our available rooms.
We will discuss your finances with you or your representative and establish the best means of you paying for your care and our services.
We will agree with you the best arrangements for you coming to live with us, permanently or perhaps just come and stay a while first for some respite care.
