Our state-of-the-art home sits in landscaped gardens which can be enjoyed either outside or from our garden room. Our communal spaces are large, warm and welcoming and there truly is a little place for everyone to fall in love with, from our in-house salon and cinema to our tea room or library. All wrapped up in our unique all inclusive offer.

Our care home delivers high quality residential care that we personalise to each residents’ individual needs. Both our care and support team take time and effort to connect with our residents, spending quality time with them every day, allowing our residents to continue to maintain or even increase their independence whilst forming new friendships.
Our staff are highly trained to deliver targeted and personalised care residents living with dementia. Our specialised team understands that care connected with memory loss takes patience and compassion to ensure that our residents can count on the respect that is so integral to living with dignity.
Our respite care package ensure that short-stay residents can enjoy the whole Weavers Court experience, whether they’re with us for a weekend or a month. Our staff take time to get to know our respite residents quickly and get them involved in our day-to-day activities.
We will provide quality care for Residential and Residential Dementia residents. All our rooms are private with En-suite facilities and are fully furnished. The layout of the building is over three floors, with a Coffee Shop in our large reception area and an impressive balcony area at first floor level with outdoor seating. There are Lounge and Dining Rooms on each suite along with additional facilities including a Cinema Room, Library, Tea Room, Quiet Lounge, Garden Room and Landscaped Gardens. On the top floor is our Sky Bar, a cocktail lounge where residents can enjoy pre or after dinner drinks.
Mealtimes are time to be relished. Breakfast in your room, full English or Continental, a wide choice of lunches and afternoon teas. Supper in the evening. Food is so important to get right and to be personal to you in terms of what you like and how you like it. Your diet and preferences sit four square in your daily routine and care planning.
Our Wellbeing Coordinator will ensure that they and other members of the care team spend time to understand your life story, what you like to do best, your preferences and ambitions, what relaxes you and what can energise you.
Above all we will explore what lifts your mood and enhances your feeling of wellbeing so that we can simply help make you feel happy!
