Weavers Court Wins Care Home Award
Weavers Win
Weavers Court Care Home has been named as one of the Top 20 Care Homes in Yorkshire & The Humber 2023 by carehome.co.uk. Everyone at Weavers Court, from the support team to our residents have got a little spring in their steps after hearing the recent news. What makes this accolade all the more special is that Weavers Court is newly opened and in its first year of operation.
Weavers Court has taken a hat-trick of places; being 1st in Leeds out of 117 homes, 2nd in West Yorkshire out of 349 homes and 3rd in Yorkshire and Humber Region out of 1,414 homes.
Weavers Court is in the beautiful Green Lane Mills development of Rawdon, on the outskirts of both Leeds and Bradford, which places it in within easy reach of two of Yorkshire’s biggest cities. As a care home, Weavers Court offers residential, dementia and short-stay respite care in the most luxurious of settings. A very happy home, Weavers Court has 66 en suite bedrooms with fabulous community areas on each of the three floors.
Our Residents’ Needs
With a 10 out of 10 score on Carehome.co.uk, Weavers Court is dedicated to ensuring that our residents’ needs come first. To do this, we make sure that our staff and support team are well looked after and treasured too. We think that this shines through, with reviews on the well known carehome.co.uk site review site, so heart-warming and positive.
Jan S, the daughter of one of our residents, said, ‘This just isn’t a care home it’s a community of love and respect for those that need extra care.’
David G, son of one of our residents, also commented that, ‘The layout of the home is excellent and it is beautifully furnished throughout. There is plenty of space, with a variety of differently styled rooms of which residents and guests can avail themselves. Five-star rating!’
This has always been really important to the management team at Adore Care Group, the company behind Weavers Court. The home was designed to be easy to navigate and offer luxury living but we’ve taken extra care to make sure that our residents always feel like that there are different areas to spend time in.
Mariyam Jogi, General Manager at Weavers Court said “For the team at Weavers Court, we’re very proud, grateful and happy to have earned our place within the top 20 care homes in Yorkshire and Humber so soon after we’ve opened our doors to residents. However, this is just the start of our journey and we will continue to pursue excellence and make sure that our residents and their loved ones remain happy and content with Weavers Court. We’re looking forward to the year ahead and are excited to welcome new residents to our home and community”
